Species: | Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, Bluegill |
Description: | This is a round lake that averages less than 20 feet in depth. It has large weed beds at the entrance from the portage and at the east and at the west end. |
Strategy: | Round Otter Lake yields some of the best opportunities for large pike. Troll along the weed bed with soft-bodied lures for pike and fish in the weeds for largemouth. Drift fishing with worms in front of the east weed bed produces some nice largemouth. |
Things to Consider: |
Motors are permitted on this lake so take along a portage motor. |
