Water Transport Pick Up / Take Out Times

   All arrivals should be scheduled with the Lodge NLT one week prior to your stay

           Arrival Pickups at  (Lang Lake).........Saturdays   8:00 AM - 3:00 PM 

           Departures from     (Bear Lake) .......Saturdays   7:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Unlike many lodges there are no weight / bulk limits on the transport in or out.  Packages run Saturday to Saturday. All non Saturday Transports may incur a Water Taxi Fee of $ 90 USD per boat used.  
 
Bear Lake Wilderness Camp is a remote and secluded lodge with limited capacity, so early reservations are recommended.
 
Reservations can be made either by phone, mail, or e-mail and are taken on a first come first serve basis.  Group reservations must have name and address for each person in group.
 
Due to our remote nature and dependence on fuel, gasoline and exchange rates; All rates are subject to change.  We will do everything we can to keep our rates low but we may need to be able to raise our prices to keep pace with market changes.

  • Taxes, Parking, Licenses and Live Bait not included. 

  • Gratuities (your discretion) are not included.

  • We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation.  Deposit Payments can be made by Personal Checks and Money Orders. Because we are on a radio telephone, our telephone lines are not secure enough to accept credit cards. 

  • Your remaining balance can be paid during your stay with us in Cash or Travelers Checks.  Again, because of our remote nature and our reliance on a radio telephone (which are unsecured) we are unable to accept credit cards.

    • CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

    Any NO SHOWS will be billed in full.

    FISHING TRIPS

    If we receive your notice of cancellation more than 4 months prior to your arrival date, we will refund your complete deposit less $50 per person or apply your deposit to a future stay that year or the following year.

    With less than 4 months notice, your deposit may be applied to a future stay later in the year or the following year.  This will depend on circumstances and whether we are able to re-rent the accommodation. 

    HUNTING TRIPS

    On Bear Hunt / Moose Hunt Packages.  We take a very limited number of hunters and we do not overbook.  We must have a large lead time in order to fill the loss created by a cancellation.

    If we receive your notice of cancellation more than 7 months prior to your arrival date, we will refund your complete deposit less $100 per person or apply your deposit to a future stay that year or the following year.

    With less than 7 months notice, your deposit may be applied to a future stay later in the year or the following year.  This will depend on circumstances and whether we are able to re-rent the accommodation.
